Mexican Fiesta | Hard Rock Cafe- Bengaluru

Culinary experience at Hard Rock Cafe celebrates Mexican culture with Margaritas, Tacos, Tequila shots & Burritos! "Mexican festival", underlines the special drinks menu predominantly of tequila based shots and cocktails. "The Blogger Table pick and favorite was Cactus Flower Shot, tequila shot with Tabasco, awesome aftertaste!!! 



Chef Niranjan was extremely friendly to have an understanding of all the bloggers palate & the vegetarians had a million dollar smile once the "Spicy Corn and Cheddar Cheese Samosette" arrived crispy, soft and is best served with a Basil Pesto Dip.

Nachos Cantina




















The rock ‘n’ roll pavilion displays an extraordinary show and exhibition of the Mexican arts & crafts. As part of Mexican Fiesta. We were served "Nachos Cantina", should we have been in Mexico City, it's from the "Cantina Mexican restaurant," baked crispy corn chips, smothered with melted cheese and topped with Guacamole, roasted tomato salsa and sour cream



Tijuana Chicken 




















Tijuana Chicken tender marinated with smoky Tijuana spice with Guacamole Ranch themed with Mexican culture is serving special cocktails blended with Tequila and featuring a special Drinks Menu. If all you know of Mexican food is tacos and enchiladas, it might be time to explore Quesadilla, Tacos, Burritos!

"Tres leche" as Chef Niranjan gave a run down, is certainly worth the wait & effort as it's takes an over night preparation. To put things in a nut shell, a sponge cake a butter cake soaked in three flavors of milk - evaporated, condensed milk and the rich heavy cream.




Gastronomican #Sizzlin Skillet Scorched desert: walnut brownie topped with chocolate sauce topped with "inviting" vanilla ice cream!
