We Food Bloggers were here for a treat .....welcomed by Seema Rajarathnam, joined by Shadab Mansoori ... for the historic.... weekend of "Food-hopping" #FoodieAdventures – and guided tour about the colorful restaurants 4 Seasons, Café Infinito Tiffinbox etc & finally signing off with a stopover at The Coffee Bean!
The Culinary Journey was flagged off at "4 Seasons!", food was really great in taste and consistency, where the bloggers were shared the concept note and "The Authentic food with tastiest flavors, were underlined. The procession of salads were then "Veg tandoori Sticks, Chicken Nawabi, Mutton Sheekh Kebab , Goan Fish Kebab, Tandoori Prawns, Mezzah Platter and a special mention to Hyderabadi Dumki Mutton Biryani ( was Mind blowing!!!) unique culinary delights in the likes of `Mirchi ka Salan' and "Baghara Baigan' . The Chef did mention that they embrace traditional form of cooking .

Ambiance is Pretty Mediterranean!!! We bloggers were extremely happy to have enjoyed the range of Pizzas( Vegetarian, Meaty) very as authentic and flavorful as possible. Also extremely glad, the Pastas lived up to the standards of our satisfaction.
Vegetarian Pizza : "Mediterranean "Seasoned potatoes, sour cream, fried beans, jalapeno,with a signature smoked cherry sauce & household salad". We also got to try the Julienne chicken with cilantro & spicy peanut sauce & to the hunger pangs, roasted garlic, red onions,- peri peri chicken.
Pastas very much satisfying our taste buds. (especially the Penne with smoked cherry tomato sauce & broccoli florets.)
We enjoyed a delicious & divine meal, along with some lovely drinks, in a peaceful, ambient setting!!!
I have spread the word to the IT Community around InOrbit Mall, to hop in anytime of the day for a quick bite of a crostini and try varieties of small eats and salads; indulge in home preparations of pastas, wood-fired pizza, healthy sandwiches, burgers and wraps.

The Pen-ultimate Stop: We were led to the annex, Tiffinbox etc a fast paced Indian restaurant offering regional food from the homes of India. We are a casual venue open from lunch to dinner serving food from four metropolitan cities , viz. Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Kolkata because they are hubs of regionality. We have dishes from Gujarati, Rajasthani, Marwari, Sindhi, Maharastrian, Punjabi, Sidhi, Hyderbadi, Bengali, South Indian (Chettinad cuisine, Malabar) and Birmingham homes and kitchens.
Lunch is better when we eat together,with family or friends delectable menu surely make you go Yumm…!
Creativity at it's best! I didn't get inside for a moment , mesmerized by entrance artwork made of cycle rims an d was impressed with their unique and creative lighting fixture, a true signature touch to the traditional milk cans as well as tiffin boxes, kettles and caricatures, embellished all around the restaurant: " A true representation of different regions, tied of to the cuisines of origin

Be it a Buffet or an A-La Carte a great option with a nice spread to keep you content. - Tiffin box is a great concept !!! The ambience was classic with a nice interior decorations. We sat on the wooden benches for eating and it was a nice experience.
An everyday lunch buffet from Mondays-Fridays: 12noon to 3:30pm, a four-course lunch buffet, quick filling meal . Situated in Level 1, Inorbit Mall, Whitefield.

The location of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf: is excellent & classy ambiance are just part of it. Also to be mentioned is the 'coffee to go' look cool, as most of us carried our beverage as we were done for the day . All beverages and snacks in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are halal and kosher certified. Only filtered water is used to brew tea and coffee.The ice cubes used in "ice blended" drinks are custom made for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
