This November, it brings Tapas & some innovative concoction by chef, which makes everything right for the ongoing "Nibbles & Gulp" promotion at on the 31st floor at the highest lounge in South Asia. Awesome pricing of the dishes in the menu everything makes it enticing!


Chef Suresh & Chef Myo: make a pretty pair as they bring out the various elements in a dish & well plated too... Chef Suresh is appointed as the Executive Chef at High Ultra Lounge he comes with several years of experience around the globe. Chef Myo brings over 22 years of top-notch culinary expertise, keeping his audience and staff engaged with quick wit and humour. Xiao Chi, which literally means ‘Small Eats’, is an inevitable part of Asian cuisine.


In the Nibble and Gulp promotion, High will serve a range of veg and non veg Asian Tapas and that’s not it, the innovative menu will be accompanied by colored shooters for you to gulp while you nibble on these delectable options.

Asian style mini sweet corn fried with chili dipping Deep fried tofu skewer with soya dipping sauce Chef special homemade vegetable gyoza



Bite size Japanese style fried chicken with homemade dipping sauce Oriental style deep fried shrimp skewer with Japanese bread crumbs & unamayo

Devil sour- Devil is always risky after whisky, pink grapefruit juice and fresh lime




High Idea- An idea of layering vodka, Malibu and blue curacao.

Mini shitake nigiri High style cottage cheese maki with almond nuts



Rice cracker with vegetable salsa
