A "Brave" new flavour at Magnum’s Masterclass 2.0

I go head over heals, when the very mention of "Icecream" & my work comes to a halt, trust me! "Magnum"| first hand held adult ice cream! It was just about a year that Magnum Master class 1.0, when FBAI and Magnum invited bloggers to a MasterClass with Kunal Kapur for the launch of Magnum in India , "best Indian chef and a lots of recipes : take away was of the first installment!!

The Magnum Master class 2.0 with Asia’s Best Pastry Chef, Janice Wong and World barista Champion, Fritz Storm The latest chocolate indulgence was the ultimate "Coffee" and "Chocolate"| by World Renowned Master Blenders - Janice Wong and Fritz Storm unwrapped the new flavour at Magnum’s Masterclass 2.0

Offering a taste of the Royal Magnum Experience, the Magnum Masterclass took pleasure seekers on a flavour trail that enticed all senses, as they were explaining what makes these pairings work. Magnum Choco-Cappuccino was introduced while the masters spoke about the ultimate pairing of Chocolate & Coffee. Ending the session on a high note, the masters came together to co-create their own Magnum inspired desserts made by fusing rich Belgian chocolate and aromatic coffee along with different scrumptious toppings. 

Janice Wong, celebrated pastry chef also expressed her excitement at Magnum launching their new flavour and said, “Chocolate and coffee is a match made in heaven. It’s literally a sweet salvation that teases your senses. I had a great time experimenting the various coffee and chocolate combinations at the Magnum master class.”

Also, shared the idea of "Barista* (an Italian word for a bartender, not just a coffee person)  Camp", a maddening thought while he was training baristas and I realised they have no chance to talk | It’s all about sharing knowledge.Speaking at the master class, Fritz Storm said, “Eating a Magnum is succumbing to Chocolate Pleasure that connects with all the senses.
