Chef Surjan Singh Jolly showcases a perfect mix of aromas and flavors, typical of the Tangra region of Kolkata. "Tangra" is popular for adopting Chinese street food and customizing it for the Indian palette! The director F&B & along with his team tries to recreate the experience of Kolkata Chinatown with their menu at #JWKitchen 

Chef Edwin was kind enough to give an excerpt to Kolkata's Chinatown #Tangra and the "Hakka Chinese cuisine" that's available there, adapted to Indian ingredients and the Bengali palate.

The Tangra Food Festival is on at JW Kitchen, JW Marriott Bengaluru, till November 9. The buffet is priced at `1,599, plus taxes.
